Action
Knowing and doing are two different things
Sometimes you know something needs to change. You may understand the problem. You may know where you feel stuck. You may even know what you should be doing differently.
And still, nothing moves. That is not a character flaw. Knowing and doing use different muscles. Insight can sit in the mind for months while the same patterns keep running in real life.
You can spend a long time thinking about change, talking about change, reading about change, planning change — and remain exactly where you are. At some point, understanding needs to become action.
That is where Action Therapy begins. Together we create a safe space to understand what is happening, identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and turn that understanding into practical, intentional action.
Because insight matters. But action is what moves you forward.
If you are ready to bridge that gap, start a conversation.
